Our Covid-19 vaccination card and lanyard is an immediate, visual aid to show others that you have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

These have been produced with care staff and service workers in mind, such as bar or restaurant staff, teachers, delivery drivers or workmen in the home, to help reassure clients and members of the public that you have been fully vaccinated.

If you are non-verbal or have difficulty communicating, you may also find this a useful way to show you have been vaccinated.

This is NOT a vaccine passport and is NOT proof of vaccination. You may be asked to provide proof using the Government-mandated format when it is introduced. But you may find this card useful to keep on show whilst travelling or at work in areas where you have already proved your vaccination status.

The high-visibility colour and eye-catching design of our ‘I have been vaccinated’ lanyard is an easy way to help those around you immediately know you have been fully vaccinated.

Large, bold lettering on the green lanyard states “COVID-19 VACCINATED”. The card, which can clip onto the lanyard or be worn as a badge (if you choose the additional badge clip option), reads:

 ‘I have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19’

It also has a small green heart and syringe motif and the Disability Horizons logo.

Made from recycled materials, the waterproof card and cardholder, along with a 20mm wide lanyard, are robust, allowing you to use them anywhere, in all weathers, for months to come.

There is also the option to purchase the card with a badge clip as well as the lanyard, which can be worn on shirts, tops or coats.

The pocked-sized design of the card, lanyard and badge clip mean it can be stored in your coat or bag making it easy to access and put around your neck or pin to you.

The lanyard has a ‘safety break’ clip that detaches in case the lanyard gets caught or tangled. It can also be easily reclosed.

All the vaccination cards with lanyards come fully assembled and are sent the same day if ordered before 2pm on a weekday or the next working day otherwise when in stock.

These cards are ONLY for people who have been FULLY vaccinated, which currently takes two doses.
