All anti-theft devices are made in the UK and are a steel based sleeve with a clear perspex slide cover. The cable with the protector is a flat (non-curly & non-tension cable) that is 1.2 metre in length with two keys.

A wonderful device for securing a blue badge and knowing that it is not worth a thief trying to take it.
Highly recommended, a little awkward due to the thickness and length of the steel cable to store easily, I have to keep the cable in the boot, will not fit in my glovebox with the holder.
It took me 40 years to get a blue badge for my multiple disabilities which a visible and non visible and I am safe now not having to worry about the badge being stolen.
