Cookies
Cookies are small files of information that are placed on your computer, mobile device or any other device you use when you visit a website. These contain details that identify you as a user (such as your IP address and broad location) and your browsing history on that website.
Cookies enable us to improve our website and personalise your experience. For example, it helps us to create content we know you’ll be interested in and make changes that allow you to navigate more easily around the website.
We mostly do this by using Google Analytics, which processes the information on our behalf – you can find out more about Google Analytics’s privacy policy and how it keeps people’s data secure.
We also use Gauges and Crazy Egg, which allow us to look at different aspects of how people find and use our website.
Cookies also allow you to browse more seamlessly across different platforms, such as from our website to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, and enable third-parties to understand how you use content embedded on our website, such as videos from YouTube.
